Get ready for Valentine’s Day with an online cooking show. Join our special guest French Chef Hugh Cossard, Culinary Instructor at Stratford University and a regular presenter at French Embassy events, as he demonstrates how to make savory crèpes and chocolate truffles. He’ll even tell you which wines to pair with these two popular French dishes that you’ll want to try at home. Enjoy watching or cooking along with Chef Hugh and a glass of wine. You’ll receive the recipes and wine pairings in advance and the video after the event.
